You are my Treasure.

   In this project, we are going to produce a short 3D animation about a Miner girl, Rushia, who lives in a deep forest. The reason we have chosen this story is because it brings out a good message that no amount of wealth can replace the true emotional connection between people and others. In this animation, the main character is portrayed as a girl that originally came from a big city, but because she was not rich therefore it was not easy to live in the city, so she came to the forest to live in order to find the long-lost treasure one day then become a rich person and go back to live a comfortably life in the city. For this purpose, she wakes up very early every day to start her job of treasure hunting.

  But once, when she was about to look for treasure inside a cave, she accidentally saved a cat and cured it. Since then, they became good partners and got along to hunt treasure together every day, their relationship has become more and more intimate without knowing it. Until one day, she was led to a treasure location and was very excited to climb up the rock to get the treasure, but when the cave collapsed suddenly, she found that her cat was also in danger. At first, she couldn't choose between the two. But in the end, she saved her cat and gave up the treasure because she finally realized that the cat is the real treasure for her.

  This animation is created completely by Maya software by using various types of shading and texturing techniques, lightning types, camera shot and angle types. At the end of the story, we want to emphasize the value that a true relationship is much more worthy than being rich in our life. All of us have our emotional needs to be fulfilled, but being rich can’t replace the care from our family and friends. Besides that, being rich cannot buy us friends, although money can get us helping service and company in a short time, but it can’t get us a soulmate. In summary, the purpose of this 3D animation project is to awaken people that a precious relationship is much more important than any treasure. Thus, we should cherish those who always accompany us and never ever hurt them for our own selfishness.
